How do I know if my package has shipped and if is it on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (ePacket, USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.



Please note: Due to the EU tax policy, we are no longer accepting returns from EU countries except for damaged goods.

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to the following criteria:

The products should be purchased only from and not from any other retailer, whether online or offline.

If you change your mind after receiving the undamaged items and want to return them, please make sure they are in their original packing with labels, then contact us with your request, we'll provide the address and arrange a refund within 1-2 weeks since we received the package.

Return request should be raised within 30 business days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 business day refund period.

Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.

The product should reach us in sellable condition.

Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept a return.

There is no return charge, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please do not send it back to the original address. The American mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application. 



We may provide Refunds in the event of:

1). Cancellation by the customer on

2). If the customer changes their mind after receiving the undamaged items and wants a refund, the items must be in their original packing with labels, then contact us with the request, we'll provide the address and arrange a refund within 1-2 weeks since we received the package.

3). In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (items not in original condition, damaged or missing part, items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4). Return of products purchased by the customer, subject to eligibility for return.

5). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of an exchange, we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario, your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving the return package from you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Delay in receiving the order

If you don't receive your products and can't track them, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with the right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take the necessary steps to resolve them at the earliest.

In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refund of the money in your account or track your order and expedite the shipment. you will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy.

Please note: Photos and videos of product damage are required.

Failed Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details as we will not be liable if the address you have given is incorrect.


Refund Timelines

We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. You will also be informed via email of the refund status.

Kindly note that a refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing timelines provided by the banks.


Special Note

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be a possibility that the colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details on the product page before placing the order.
